The Renewables International Graduate Programme is the career entry point for qualified international graduates. In our 18-month programme, you will build professional experience, bring your knowledge into projects and actively shape the energy turnaround with us. This programme has a clear focus on Renewables Business with a view on the whole value chain of RWE Renewables.

Durations	18 months
Requirements	A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of science (physics, geoscience, geoinformatics, environmental science etc.) or engineering First working experience particularly in the field of renewable energy advantageous Passion for renewable energy and the desire to be an active part of the energy revolution Excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving, combined with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset Curiosity, openness towards change and the courage to question the status quo Motivation to take initiative, to drive your own ideas and concepts as well as a high degree of self-reliance Self-starter with the ability to interact and connect in cross-cultural teams, with a sense for diversity and inclusion Business fluent oral and written English skills
Number of rotations	You will take part in 3 rotations in various functions of the organisation with the following options: Different technologies (Onshore/Offshore, Solar etc.) Management support function (e .g. 1. Structured peer coaching

Durations

first 2 months of the graduate programme

Goals / focus

Every team member works toward clearly defined individual goals and receives support / is held accountable by the team
Focus is placed on relationship-building and networking within the group

Methodology

“Go Ahead” model

Goals, progress, challenges, and solutions are discussed in two steady teams of 5-6 participants
Groups are meeting weekly and working in an independent and self-organized way, supported by structured methodology (meeting agendas, tools, guidelines)
Stage 1 is kicked off shortly after the beginning of the Graduate Programme: introduction to the spirit and attitude of self-organized work and important team working tools
Supporting learning materials are provided

2. Project work

Durations	Up to 6 months
Goals / focus	self-organized project work toward a clearly agreed project outcome
Methodology	Two project teams with 5-6 participants Participants are coordinating their meetings and project work themselves Touchpoints with relevant stakeholders are agreed upon in advance Final presentations in front of a stakeholder team Stage 2 is announced well in advance and kicked off internally involving the mentors: “pitching” and selection of topics that are both relevant to RWE Renewables but also interesting and motivating for the teams. It is concluded with internal project presentations.
Ongoing support	Each team receives 2 vouchers for team coaching Compulsory online presentation / pitching training with “dry runs” and feedback ahead of the final presentation
